When Silence Speaks

He stands tall against the world

Soaking in everything and yearning for more.

He is the light of my life

the ache in my heart

the cause of true joy.

His hair is as big as his dreams

and I would never cut either of them short.

I was blessed to hear Amy Purdy speak at Burton today.  Truly inspiring.  I hope I can one day choose to listen to my heart more and realize the beauty in life the way she does.
